Products or Services
Product design, colours and flavours may vary from images supplied on our website by the discretion of Taste Crate.
Our products contain nuts and we cannot guarantee an absence of nuts in any of our products. Consumers with known nut allergies assume any responsibility by consuming our products.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST.
Liquor Information
Any alcohol included in our products is intended to be delivered as a genuine gift alongside food and other items. The gift is packaged and presented in such a manner that it is taken to be a gift. Gifts containing alcohol can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. Any alcohol delivered cannot exceed 2 litres. Both the purchaser and recipient of the gift containing alcohol must be 18 years or over. The recipient must be available to receive the delivery, or a re-delivery fee may be charged if delivery is not possible.

Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Should the delivery address or details provided by you be incorrect or insufficient, we will not accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
