What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Metropolitan Sydney and selected surrounding suburbs. Please enter your postcode & suburb on the checkout page to see if we deliver to your area.
What days do you deliver and how much does delivery cost?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. The delivery fee is calculated based on the number of items ordered and the postcode & suburb.
When is the latest I can order for next day delivery?
Order cut off is 1PM for next day delivery available Monday to Saturday.
Can I specify a delivery time?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this as an option.
Can I change my order after I complete my purchase?
If your order has already been placed, please contact us to discuss the possibility of changing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of delivery. If cancellation notice is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of delivery, the cancellation will be invalid. Cancellations incur a $30.00 administrative fee – money will be refunded less this fee.
What if no one is available to accept the delivery?
We request that the recipient be available to receive the delivery on the selected day. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver may leave it in a safe place at the delivery address at their discretion (unless specially requested in the delivery instructions on checkout). If the package is returned to our office, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery for an additional fee.
For gifts with alcohol included, please ensure the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery, otherwise the package will be returned to our office and re-delivery arranged for an additional fee.
What if I have provided the wrong delivery address?
We accept no responsibility if you have provided the wrong delivery address and the order has been dispatched or already delivered. If the driver is unable to deliver to the specified address, the order may be returned back to our office and re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can you deliver to an apartment complex?
We do offer delivery to apartment complexes – please provide clear delivery instructions on the checkout page and ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If the building has restricted access and the driver is unable to make the delivery, the order may be returned back to our office and re-delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
How much does re-delivery cost?
Your order may be re-delivered on the next business day for a charge of 50% of the original product cost plus full delivery fee. We cannot guarantee re-delivery on your original requested date.
Do your products contain traces of nuts?
Yes, our products contain nuts or traces of nuts.
Do you customise crates?
Yes we may be able to customise crates to suit your special request or theme. Please contact us with your request.
